1. Promotion Overview

The Honey Money Club Jackpot is a weekly rolling cash giveaway conducted at Honey Bar & Rooftop.

One eligible member of the Honey Money Club will be randomly selected each week for the opportunity to win the advertised jackpot amount.

If the selected member is not present at the time of the draw, the jackpot will roll over and increase the following week.

2. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. Entrants must be registered members of the Honey Money Club prior to the weekly draw time.
3. Membership to the Honey Money Club is free.
4. Employees of Honey Bar & Rooftop and their immediate family members are not eligible.
5. Members must be physically present inside Honey Bar & Rooftop at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
6. Valid photo identification may be required to claim the prize.

3. How to Enter

1. To enter, individuals must:
   • Be registered in the Honey Money Club membership database.
   • Provide accurate and current contact details.
2. Only one membership per person is permitted.
3. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent memberships will be removed.
4. No purchase is required to enter or win.

4. Promotion Period

1. The promotion commences on Friday 6 March 2026.
2. The draw will take place weekly every Friday at 7.00pm at Honey Bar & Rooftop.
3. The promotion continues until terminated by the Promoter.

5. The Weekly Draw

1. One winner will be randomly selected from the eligible Honey Money Club membership database using a computer-generated random selection method.
2. The winner’s name will be announced publicly within the venue.
3. The selected winner must present themselves to venue management within four (4) minutes of the announcement.
4. The winner must be physically present inside the venue at the time of the draw.
5. If the selected winner does not present within four (4) minutes, the prize will not be awarded that week and will jackpot to the following week.

6. The Jackpot

1. The jackpot will commence at $250.
2. If unclaimed, the jackpot will increase by $250 each week.
3. The jackpot will continue to increase weekly until won.
4. The prize will be paid in cash or electronic transfer at the discretion of the Promoter.
5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

7. Verification & Conduct

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Honey Money Club memberships.
2. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
   • Tampers with the entry process,
   • Provides false information,
   • Engages in inappropriate or unlawful conduct.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy

1. Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Honey Money Club Jackpot.
2. Information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
3. By joining the Honey Money Club, members consent to receiving marketing communications from Honey Bar & Rooftop. Members may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography, video, and social media announcements, without additional compensation.

10. General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Honey Money Club Jackpot at any time, subject to applicable laws.
2. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion.
3. All decisions made by the Promoter are final.
